As a noun, the law of “Ayni” states that everything in the world is connected, and is the only commandment that rules daily life in many communities like the Q’ero, an Indigenous tribe from the Andean mountains in Peru.

As a verb, this often refers to the cooperation between the members of a community: when one member gives to another, he or she is entitled to receive something back.

By honouring this conscious way of living, giving and receiving, one supports the Sustainable Self.

Cultivating the Sustainable Self is cultivating a personal practice to elevate our awareness and mindfulness towards self-care and self-love.

We cannot give what we don’t possess ourselves. This rings true materially, but what about emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually? Can you extend love, grace, compassion, encouragement, and kindness to others if you don’t possess it within and apply it to yourself?

Though today’s culture may often mistake self-care and self-love as selfish, we have to remind ourselves that we are not created for a life lived in isolation, nor are we meant to rely completely on others. Applying stewardship to ourselves is intuitive and should be included in our processes. As we extend ourselves to others, we are also in the journey of recognizing, embracing and honouring who we are, as we are meant to be.

We view organizations and communities as dynamic living systems. Therefore, it is our role to be stewards that create fertile conditions for life, in our inner world as well as in our external environment. But what does that mean for our own lives, as individuals? How would you steward yourself and your gifts if you believed in the preciousness of your own aliveness?

Taking care of the planet is also a form of self-care, in alignment with the connectedness of all life. There is something so nurturing about looking after the energetics of the environment. As a community, as a tribe, we see and welcome each other’s gifts and support the courage it takes to share and cultivate them in the public eye. Let’s deepen our practice of self-stewardship and commit to contributing our gifts wholeheartedly. It is time to give love to our legacy.

Athma Soulutions believes in giving back and we have partnered with Heart-to-Heart Service to support our community.

Heart-to-Heart Service is a non-profit, non-government aided welfare set-up initiated by Sister Teresa Hsu. The welfare set-up reaches out to the poor and needy by providing them with food and monetary assistance every month.

Since Sister Teresa Hsu’s demise, Brother Sharana Rao continues her legacy to receive contributions both in cash and kind from individual and corporate well-wishers. Contributions received, be it food, clothing or money, are distributed to needy families and individuals in Singapore and overseas.

May we continue to express gratitude for the blessings we’ve been given and open our hands to share that abundance with the world. And so it is.

We believe that we are fiercely inter-dependent and sensitive to inter-connected energy. WE believe that sustainability starts with us and through the daily decisions we make.

The Earth warrior eco-conscious power arises from spiritual contact with the Earth and a sense of awe for the cosmos as a miraculous whole.

The Earth warrior seek to heal the divide between the microcosm and the macrocosm, by revealing how both are needed to put the whole into holistic. As Krishnamurti shared, that the “earth is there to be loved, to be cared for, and not to be divided as yours and mine. It is foolish to plant a tree in a compound and call it ‘mine’”

Water is iife, we are water.

As an island our forefathers have always had a very strong connection to the sea.  When we perceive that nature is separate rather than we are a part of nature, we are unable to fully perceive what it is to live within the natural law of life.

There is no separation between the movements of the natural world and the sensory responses invoked in a human being who has come to this intimate understanding of Oneness.

At Athma Soulutions, we hold events to create awareness of our important connection to the waters. We are also constantly looking at ways to collaborate with other Environmental bodies In spreading the message of the sustainable self.

Being a Fire keeper is holding a promise to oneself to fuel the inner passion. With dedication, this inner passion can be translated through sharing your life stories and building your legacy, just as our forefathers did around the first fires that burn.

The element of fire acts as a reminder for daily practice to revitalize and rejuvenate the self. To transmute, lovingly, daily grinds of the old, shedding skin and working towards remembering the complete self.

Space holding is a common term in circle work. It means that we are willing to walk alongside another person in whatever journey they’re on without judging them, making them feel inadequate, trying to fix them, or trying to impact the outcome. When we hold space for other people, we open our hearts, offer unconditional support, and let go of judgement and control.

Being a space holder is something that ALL of us can do for each other – for our partners, children, friends, neighbours, and even strangers with whom we converse withIt is such an honour to be witnessing and enabling others to be!

Becoming a guardian of a particular Crystal Skull may be a calling – it may be a pre-destined event – and it may occur for reasons one may not consciously know or logically explain.

A true crystal skull guardian has entered into an ethereal agreement that is perhaps of a nature of remembrance as well. Crystal skulls themselves tend to choose and call their guardians. If you feel called to be the guardian of a significantly powerful crystal skull, it is likely to support and help you find the means to adopt it. Where there is a will, there is often a way. Crystal skulls can be great amplifiers of intention: they can support you to manifest what you desire, access higher dimensions of wisdom and knowledge, and raise your own consciousness as well as that of the collective – they may also be profoundly healing. These crystal skulls can be a great ally and powerful tool, particularly during these unpredictable and turbulent times and the global changes ahead.

Crystal Caretakers are the closest allies to the mineral kingdom. They have been drawn to the crystalline energies of minerals and have chosen to work with them for higher learning, heightened awareness and heartfelt-mindfulness. These forms of elevation support the healing of the mind, the recognition of dis-ease, and the clarification and reception of wisdom in dreams. Crystals are amazing teachers that help ignite the remembering of each person’s unique soul origin.
